**ZENMO Cancellation & Refund Policy**

At ZENMO, we aim to provide the best service to our customers. Here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works:

NOTE : ANY ONE WITHOUT AN UNBOXING VIDEO WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED

1. **Order Cancellations:**
- Cancellations can only be made immediately after placing an order. If the shipping process has started, we may not be able to cancel your order.
- Order Cancellations are not allowed for personalized products

2. **Non-Perishable Products:**
- Refunds or replacements are available if the product is damaged or defective. Please report this to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the item. Our team will review your request and take appropriate action.

3. **Perishable Products:**
- We do not accept cancellations for perishable items (e.g., flowers, food),

4. **Product Not as Shown:**
- If the product you received differs from its description on our website, notify us within 2 days of receiving it, and we will address the issue.

5. **Warranty Products:**
- For items with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues.

6. **Refund Processing:**
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that refunds are only provided if we cannot offer a suitable solution.
-For Snapmint customers, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
