Order no.24233. Received yesterday. Paid Rs. 1990 through COD. Spent 300 extra to get a new battery fitted. The watch is not working. There is no customer support number. There is no product manual in the box to check whether the inner or outer circle is used to fix the hours. Shocked to read here that there are many customers like me who are fooled into buying this fake product.
Received magneto mettalic watch on 9.4.26 found not working .. had mailed massage many time but as on date 15.04.24 i did not get any positive feedback to replace the watch one to one ..how this brand cannwork if you are not supporting customers ..there is not contact number given for communications..and whatss app number is not responsive never picks up the call …please resolve these matter ..or i have escalate to consumer portal..
