The watch arrived, but it doesn’t work; it runs for 5 minutes and then stops.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with your company.

The wristwatch delivered to me was clearly damaged and appeared used. What has made the situation worse is the extremely poor customer support provided afterward.

The exchange/refund options shared were highly inconvenient and not customer-friendly at all. One of the options required me to courier the watch myself to the address provided by your team. However, multiple courier services refused to deliver there as the address was either incomplete or not serviceable.

Additionally:

- There has been no response to my emails or WhatsApp messages.
- The contact number shared by your team remains unreachable most of the time.
- There has been absolutely no proper resolution or accountability from your end.

This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Customers trust brands to deliver genuine products and responsive service, neither of which has been provided in this case.

If this issue is not resolved immediately through a proper refund/replacement process with clear pickup support from your side, I will be compelled to highlight this experience on social media platforms and consumer forums to make other customers aware and prevent them from facing similar issues.
