Coverage Period
Accidental Damage Protection is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise at the time of sale. -
Scope of Coverage
ADP covers accidental and unintentional physical damage caused by sudden and unforeseen events, including:-
Accidental drops or impact

Cracked or broken glass due to accident

Damage caused during normal day-to-day use due to accidental mishandling

Product-Specific Coverage

One ADP is applicable to only one product (one watch).

If multiple products are purchased under a single invoice, the customer must clearly specify the product (model/serial number) for which ADP is being availed.

Failure to specify the product will render the ADP void, and no claim shall be entertained.

Single-Use Protection
ADP can be availed only once during the coverage period for the specified product. -
Exclusions
ADP does not cover:-
Any damage caused directly or indirectly due to water, moisture, humidity, liquid ingress, or exposure to rain, splashes, submersion, or condensation, regardless of the watch’s water-resistance rating

Intentional or deliberate damage

Loss, theft, or disappearance of the watch

Fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural calamities
-
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or reckless handling
-
Damage due to unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic fading, strap, buckle, battery, or internal mechanical failure not caused by an accident

Inspection & Approval
All ADP claims are subject to physical inspection by our authorized service team and will be processed only after satisfactory inspection and approval. -
Void Conditions
ADP shall be immediately void if:-
The product shows signs of intentional damage or tampering

Any evidence of water or moisture damage is found
-
The watch has been opened, repaired, or serviced by an unauthorized person
-
Serial number or product identification has been altered or removed
-

Proof of Purchase
A valid purchase invoice and ADP registration (if applicable) must be produced at the time of claim. -
Resolution Method
Upon approval, the company reserves the right to repair the damaged component or offer a replacement, at its sole discretion. Replacement does not extend or renew the ADP period. -
Final Authority
The company’s decision regarding inspection, eligibility, and resolution of accidental damage claims shall be final and binding.
