One Year Guarantee

One-Year Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

1. Guarantee Period
   This watch is covered by a one (1) year guarantee from the date of purchase and is applicable only to manufacturing defects.

2. Scope of Coverage
   The guarantee covers defects related to the movement, internal mechanism, and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

3. Product-Specific Guarantee

   • One guarantee is applicable to only one product (one watch) per purchase.

   • In case multiple products are purchased under a single invoice, the customer must clearly specify the product (model/serial number) for which the guarantee is being availed.

   • Failure to specify the product will result in the guarantee being treated as void, and no claim shall be entertained.

4. Single-Use Guarantee
   The guarantee can be availed only once during the one-year period for the specified product.

5. Exclusions
   The guarantee does not cover:

   • Physical, accidental, or water damage

   • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, or modification

   • Normal wear and tear

   • Battery, strap, buckle, glass, or cosmetic parts unless due to a manufacturing defect

6. Inspection & Approval
   All guarantee claims are subject to inspection by our authorized service team and will be processed only after satisfactory inspection and approval.

7. Void Conditions
   The guarantee shall be immediately void if:

   • Any physical or water damage is detected

   • The watch has been opened or repaired by an unauthorized person

   • Serial number, model number, or identification details are altered, missing, or tampered with

8. Proof of Purchase
   A valid purchase invoice and/or warranty card must be presented at the time of claim.

9. Resolution Method
   Upon approval, the company reserves the right to repair or replace the defective component at its sole discretion. Replacement does not extend or renew the guarantee period.

10. Final Authority
    The company’s decision regarding inspection, eligibility, and resolution of guarantee claims shall be final and binding.
